    So I just want to be clear before I start, when u list the ingredients you say that you double it for chicken and beef. So does the 2#s mean 1lb of each or does the 2lbs mean for 1 zip bag of 1 type of meat? Thanx and sorry I didn’t get it 🙂

    I’ve been working on using and making crockpot meals for quite a while. Last month, my husband and I were in a very bad car accident! I can finally walk and stand long enough to make a meal. This weekend, we will make up some of these bags! However, we will use frozen veggies. My husband has cancer and it’s more economical and healthy to use the precut blends such as stew, soup and seasoning blends. Which are my favorites. Some of which also incude beans. Fresh veggies can carry dangerous germs and spoil in the fridge. My husband and son need the cheese and cream, but not me. Therefore I really appreciate your HEALTHY meals!

    this is the first time I saw this page. I read your recepies. I have question – how do you cook those ingredients for 6-8 hours? In what? Do you use some special dish or? Adding water?
