I have a crockpot with just low and high setting. I work away from home for 8-10 hours a day. Most of the crockpot meals are to cook on low for 3-6 hours. Any suggestions?

Chicken recipes like these are really easy to dry out. If your slow cooker is bigger than 4 quarts, then I would pick a different recipe, like a soup, stew, or roast.
If you have a 2-4qt crock, then I think you’ll be OK cooking the meal for 8-10 hours. You can even use a basic light timer to switch the crockpot off an hour before you come home.
In the long run, you might want to consider buying a slow cooker with a timer. I bought one a few months ago and I LOVE it.
