I signed up for this about a week and a half ago. They charged me for shipping for the 2nd box. I’m chatting with them now. It’s a good thing I saved screen shots as I signed up because the agent tried to tell me the free shipping was only for first box.
Ended up cancelling because they’re not honoring the free shipping. Was also shorted components on at least one meal this week also.
I am having this problem also. They are not easy to work with. The customer service is not very helpful. They are telling me they applied the wrong code and now I have to give them the right code which I cannot find. They also say I have to call money saving mom to get the right code. I am hoping someone will respond with a code I can apply.
