I just renewed my Sam’s Club membership.Its. a plus membership but it was a lot more than 45 dollars. It was real close to 100 dollars. So do I get my money refunded and a Sam’s Club 20 credit card? Why was my membership so expensive?

    • Meg says:

It sounds like you signed up for the higher level Plus membership. This deal is for the basic $45 membership. This is also only valid for new Sam’s Club members, so I don’t think it’s available for renewals. I’m sorry! -Meg, MSM Team

  • Gerald Nisogi says:

Great deal for new customers nothing for existing long time customers.

  • Joan says:

    It worked for me.

  • Rhonda says:

Sure wish they offered the people who like to buy the other membership a great deal like that! I just enjoy the free delivery with the higher membership but not sure it’s w $50.00 or really worth a free membership is what they offer with this deal!! May just have to change!

    • Meg says:

Yeah, I wish they offered deals like this for both levels of their membership! I know a lot of people prefer the higher level membership! -Meg, MSM Team

    • Laurie says:

You can always get the basic membership and then upgrade later.

    • Victoria Garcia says:

I’m a new member. I bought the $45 membership card. I already signed up. But how do I got my card. Will it be mailed or do I go to the store to pick up. So confused.

      • Jordan says:

You get your card in store at the membership desk. I would take in any email confirmation you have and go up to the member services area and they can help you out! If you don’t have any documentation of your membership purchase you could contact customer support and I’m sure they can help you figure it out. Hope that helps! -Jordan, MSM Team
