I just renewed my Sam’s Club membership.Its. a plus membership but it was a lot more than 45 dollars. It was real close to 100 dollars. So do I get my money refunded and a Sam’s Club 20 credit card? Why was my membership so expensive?

    • Meg says:

It sounds like you signed up for the higher level Plus membership. This deal is for the basic $45 membership. This is also only valid for new Sam’s Club members, so I don’t think it’s available for renewals. I’m sorry! -Meg, MSM Team

Great deal for new customers nothing for existing long time customers.

It’s asking for a PIN number

    • Meg says:

Hmmmm, I’m not sure what you’re referring to? You should just be able to enter your email address and then click on the link from the email they send you to sign up for your membership. Hope that helps! -Meg, MSM Team

Did anyone else do this offer and get the giftcard but not the instant savings? I signed up for this on Monday.
