Could you use a little extra encouragement and motivation to move your body? I can! One of my goals for February is to do a better job of prioritizing working out. I set a goal to work out 10 minutes a day in January, but then I didn’t plan to get it done early… which meant that most days it didn’t get done!
In February, my goal is to get up a little earlier and get my workout in first thing in the morning — before my day starts. I’ve been experimenting with this plan this week and it’s making such a difference. In fact, I have gotten my workout in every single day this week!
To help myself have accountability and to stick with my plan, I decided to invite anyone who wants to join me for a 10-day, 10-minute fitness challenge! Here are the details:
- We start today, February 3, 2025, and it will run every weekday through February 14, 2025.
- To join, just pick a 10-minute workout program or type of exercise you will commit to do for 10 minutes a day. (If you want to follow the plan I’m using, see below.)
- Leave a comment below letting me know that you’re joining us and what workout program, exercise, or movement you are committing to do.
- Follow me on Instagram and I’ll be posting a daily check-in post on stories after I complete my workout and will invite you to check-in and let me know you completed your workout, too. I can’t wait to cheer you on — and to have some extra accountability!
The 10-Minute Workout Program I’ll Be Doing
I’m going to use the 10 for 10 Challenge that is part of the many different workout programs and challenges offered through the Get Healthy U TV membership. You can get access to all of their workout programs and on-demand workout videos (they offer SO many different types of workouts!) for just $0.49 for an entire year!!
Once you sign up, just go to the challenges tab and look for the 10 for 10 Challenge. You can download a beginner or intermediate workout plan complete with videos walking you through the workouts every day. (All of the workouts are bodyweight workouts and you shouldn’t need any extra equipment!)

I plan to walk for at least 10 minutes/day.
I’ve been going to the gym everyday but downloaded the app just in case I miss a day!

I have removed instagram from my phone, but I am def in. Had the same goal in Jan, and worked out twice I think. But I am back today, 10 mins a day, till feb 14th with you.
I am doing BODI’s 10 min time machine program ( skipping the cycling as I don’t have a bike). Will just do the 8 other workouts and then repeat 2 of them. I am excited to get back to my regularly scheduled programming of taking care of myself before my day gets going, and not being is so much pain!!
Woohoo! I’m cheering for you!
I’m not on Instagram, but I’m in! I need a little encouragement to get back in gear from gaining a LOT of weight with menopause, a big move a couple years ago, and 2 falls in Fall 2024. I started riding my exercise bike a couple weeks ago (3-4 days a week for 20 minutes), so I’m going to try 10 minutes of stretching or yoga for 10 days (in addition to riding my exercise bike and snow shoveling!) and see how that goes. Baby steps!!!
Thanks for the encouragement!!
You can do it!!
Thanks! I did it! 10 for 10! Just the kick start I needed. Hopefully I’ll keep this up. I found a great set of hip stretches/chair yoga moves that felt great, even on my lower back.
Thanks for this!
I’m in!

I’m joining you. I’m planning to use nourish, move, love beginner work out or walking.
I will be joining!!
Joining, I hope to bike or walk each day.
I’m in! I needed some motivation/accountability to get my workouts more consistent. I’ve already picked some workouts and added them to my favorites, so they are easy to find and ready to go tomorrow! I’ll be doing some of the free 10 minute workouts on FitOn. I’m sometimes an all or nothing kind of girl and think if I can’t get a long workout in, then I just do nothing. 10 minutes is very doable and a great way to get in the habit of working out. I’m excited to get started.
I so needed this challenge! Plan to either walk, ride the exercise bike a friend gave me, or do one of my 10 minute Solutions work out videos.
Joining! Will do similar workouts as well as jogging every day except for Sunday.
I’ll definitely walk, and also check out the $.49 program as well!
I’m joining you!
I’ll do a combination of pilates on youTube and various 30 minute workouts on Get Healthy U TV.
Treadmill and low impact
I’m in!! Joining you for the 10 mins challenge.
Such a great idea. I could use the accountability. I’m in!
I’m in! I’ll be either walking or doing Pilates each day (maybe I’ll try for the 10 minutes being Pilates every day.)
I’m in. I’ll be using our recumbent exercise bike for 10 minutes. I just started a new WFH job and I’m sitting way too much. This will be a great incentive to move during the day. Thank you!
I am going to try! If I already know I will be more active than normal (walking a ton) than I will probably give myself a pass. I will count it as a leg day😉
I’m in 🙂 apple fitness or the challenge you’re doing 🙂
I’m in! I love this idea. I will probably do the WalkFit app most days. Maybe throw some yoga or bodyweight strength in too.
I’m in! I got a walking pad in Oct., but have only used it once for 3 minutes, to test it. This is great motivation to start using it regularly.
I’m in! I just signed up for WalkFit, so I will do the workout of the day.
I’m in
I joined the program. Thank you for the amazing discount!!
I will be walking everyday. I had shoulder surgery so I can’t workout so I will be walking on my walking pad!
I signed up for Healthy U and will be either doing one of their 10 minute routines but haven’t decided which one yet or doing a 10ish minute YouTube video with Brandon Palmer.
Every day I WILL do at least ten minutes of workout. My workouts will include one or more of exercise bike,VR exercise, and weight lifting.
I will be starting Janine Tiede’s “Fit & Flexible for Life” 10 minute stretching & strengthening program. Even though it’s designed for older adults, I’m 40 and broke my leg and (dislocated) ankle last year and am still recovering, so I’m hoping this program will help me to be able to walk & move more. Crystal, thanks for the accountability partner! 🙂
Yay! I love that you are joining us!
Thanks so much for mentioning this, it’s what I need.
I am hoping to walk for 10 minutes or do one of the 10 minute work out plans
I’m in, hoping to walk daily or join Petra G on YouTube.
Thanks
I’m in!! Just signed up for the Get Healthy U TV and will be doing the 10 in 10!!

I am joining!
Sign up. Let’s do this🎉
Me!
I’ll be joining you! Love the accountability factor! I usually cross country ski on weekends but there is no time during the week. My mid week workouts will consist of treadmill walking, stretching, squats, and light free weights. A rotation, not all in one day! I usually listen to podcasts or music while I workout 😊
I’ll join you, thank you!
I actually made New Year’s goals for the first time this year, because of your good idea about doing them monthly, & with more easily measurable goals. Seemed much more doable!
I did well with some goals, but I fell miserably short with doing my workouts!
I’ll be using the BetterMe app, which I really like.
Hi, Crystal. I just signed up and I’m so looking forward to joining you. I’ve asked my husband to do it too. We both have goals this year we’re trying to work on. Thank you for this challenge, and I’m looking forward to it.
I’m in! I planned to workout 15 minutes a day each day in January but like yours, my January also did not go to plan. 3 of my 4 kiddos were in the ER this month, 2 for Rotavirus treatment, and 1 for a serious motorcycle accident. So I am not sorry to bid January farewell and it is time to get back to re-starting our 2025 goals.
I’m so pleased that your kiddos are healing well.
Me! I want to join in! I need the motivation! Thanks!
I’m in. I have three workouts a week planned for my then I will walk every day as well. On my off days, I will do yoga.
I’m going to join this!
I just started attending a pilates class for an hour every Saturday in January. I have loved it so much! I hope to keep it up but for the rest of the week I want to alternate walking MWF and lifting light weights on TTh. I will start with the 10 minute commitment and go from there. Thanks for this kick in the pants! I need it.
I’m in! Love an accountability group! I will be doing Nourish Move Love workouts.
I’ll be joining! I’ll be using my Grow with Jo YouTube workouts/ Move Nourish Love YouTube workouts and my health coach workouts! (I love a good variety!)
Yes, I am in! I have been struggling to recover from pneumonia all month, so I am committing to a 10 minute walk every day. I love walking, and I need gentle exercise as I heal my lungs.
All right! I am in. This weekend I will set up a workout space in the family room so I’m ready go Monday!
I will be doing the 10 for 10 Challenge with you! I can’t wait to get fit!!
Hi Crystal, this is a great idea! I was exercising regularly most of last year, but then my husband injured his knee so our 2 mile a day morning walks stopped and also I mostly stopped going to the gym that we had been going to (other than once in a blue moon). I know it sounds silly, but I don’t like to walk alone for the most part, and I just got out of the groove with going to do weight training – I actually love it.
I may do the same thing you have listed above, but for sure I will at least take a 10 minute walk each day.
YAY! I’m cheering for you to get back into the groove of working out again!
I signed up for the Get Healthy U TV, so I’m going to lookinto the challenge!
I’m in! Thank you, Crystal!
I’m in! I’ll work out at home, 10 mins a day, thank you! I need this!
Woohoo!! I need it, too!
I want in.
I’m in! I already lift weights but have been wanting to add 10 mins of movement after dinner before I become a couch potato for the rest of the evening. I just haven’t done it yet. I’m going to habit stack this with another goal – learning to shuffle. So I’m going to spend 10 mins after dinner practicing my shuffle dancing.
I love this so much!! Please send me video of your shuffle dancing!! I want to see it!
I’ll join you in this workout journey! I like do a HIIT or strength workout every other day and run the other days. 8fit or FitOn are my go to workout apps. They are free and have a wonderful variety of workouts(time, intensity, type). Ten minutes is doable & I enjoy getting it done first thing in the morning. Otherwise, it may not get done :). You are such an encouragement to so many! Thanks for all you to encourage and inspire us!
YAY!! So glad you are joining and thank you for sharing that resource!
I will join! I purchased a treadmil amd haven’t used it! My goal is to walk at least 10 min a day!
You can do it!! I love my treadmill. I try to have some sort of distraction — praying, reading, looking at social media, etc. and the time flies!
I am in!
Woohoo!
I’m in. I have to start somewhere! I will be doing a hand weight plus walking routine I’ve liked in the past.
YAY! I’m cheering for you!
I’ll join you! My plan is to do my prenatal workouts or walking each day. 27 weeks already!!
Woohoo! And yay for 27 weeks!
I’m in!
Woohoot!
Love this challenge! I will be working on a playlist of 10 minute workouts that I created on you tube. I need the accountability also.
Love that! Great idea to create a playlist!
I’ll be joining you. I will do a Peloton workout since I already have a membership.
Love it!! You’ll have to let us know if you find any 10-minute workouts you love on Peleton!
Hi Crystal, I’m with you from the UK! I had planned to start daily exercise in January, but my eldest has been sick and work has been crazy so the month got away from me. Good luck to all joining.
I know the feeling! It was quite the January, wasn’t it??
Perfect timing! I’ll be joining you for this challenge 🙂 I’ll be following a circuit training plan that I love to use when I need to ease back into working out regularly again after time off for whatever reason.
Love that! I’m cheering for you!
This is what I have been trying to implement all month. I am in for this challenge.
YAY! So glad you are joining us!
I’ve been struggling to fit in short workouts, too! I’m in for the challenge!
I’m cheering for you!
YES!!! I need the motivation and accountability!
