- After you’ve created your registry, go here and scroll down and click on the free welcome box photo.
- Fill out the simple form with your name, address, due date, and Walmart Baby Registry link.
- That’s it! Within a few weeks, your free gift box will arrive in the mail.

I got a free welcome box when I was pregnant and it was packed with the following fun goodies:

Walmart Baby Registry Recommendations
I’m a big believer in keeping things simple and I think there are very few truly essential items that a baby needs. These include: clothing, diapers/wipes, bed, car seat, stroller, burp cloths, and blankets.
However, if I was to recommend a few “wants” you could add to your registry, these are some of my top baby items that I’ve loved with my younger three! I especially used the electric nail trimmers and winkel toy all the time.

I got one in Summer of 2021. I got the 1-12 month photo cards, a small ziploc container, a Gerber baby oatmeal sample-which expired before baby was old enough to eat it, a Huggies diaper sample, a couple diaper cream samples, and a Johnsons baby wash sample. And a couple coupons.
