Wow! Your Aldi prices are amazing. 4 blocks of cheese for under $4?? Ours is $1.67 each. We have a local store where cheese is always $3/5 for 8 oz and that is definitely the cheapest around.
Brigette Shevy says
They aren’t normally that cheap. The past couple of weeks, though, the mozzarella 8oz blocks have been $0.99! I agree – it’s a great price!
Rebecca says
I wish our Aldi was that inexpensive! Our prices are about .50 more for each item you listed…
Kim says
I was going to say the same about Aldi prices. I must be paying for the new remodel.
Brigette Shevy says
Both of our Aldi’s have been remodeled in the last year. It’s probably just the area of the country, we’re in – ??
Brigette Shevy says
In the 4 years I’ve been shopping at the Aldi’s here in SC…almost all of the prices on things have gone DOWN (there are a few things that have fluctuated a lot – like eggs). I just keep blinking my eyes in amazement, honestly. It’s really weird, and I’m not sure how Also is able to pull it off. I’m not complaining, though!

I always love seeing your trips. Since we have transitioned to a vegan diet, my kids have been eating Aldi’s oyster crackers in the place of goldfish. I must admit, the oyster crackers are delicious and such a great price. How many ounces are the pecan halves? What a great deal on strawberries!
Brigette Shevy says
Oh wow – a vegan diet! I’ve played around with that, and I give major props to you as a mom for being committed enough to pull it off. I know it takes work and planning.
The pecans were in a 10-ounce bag. Nuts are just expensive.?
Myeshia says
Thank you!
