That’s Gretchen’s post .
Are you thinking of Gretchen’s post?
I did not know Bridget was your sister! I don’t know how I missed that lol.
I have tried so many times to mesl plan but it never works for me. I am trying to commit to it this time around because a)I leave work much later than in the past and b) I am trying to keep my gtocery budget as low as possible. I would like to know if you meal plan then shop or meal plan after shopping.
I meal plan before I go shopping, based on the sales that week. However, sometimes I find unadvertised markdowns while I’m at the store, or sometimes they will be out of a particular cheap deal when I get to the store – so sometimes I have to make adjustments to my meal plan once I get home!
Did you shop twice this week or delay a post? The two posts are so close together.
Either way, I should stop by my Aldi and see if their produce selection has improved yet.
Which two posts are you referring to?
The two recent shopping posts by Brigette. They are only two days apart this past week.
Hmm, can you double check on that for me? I just made sure, but her shopping trip from last week was posted on March 23 and from this week was posted on March 30. Is that not the dates that are showing for you? I just want to make sure something isn’t messed up somewhere and things are showing on the wrong days for people somehow.
It was a whole week since the last time I went shopping and posted, so you’re probably thinking of my sister Gretchen who also posts. She lives in a completely different area of the country (midwest) than I do and has different stores available. Yes, you should definitely check at your Aldi again! All the Aldis here (I live in SC) have been completely remodeled in the last few years, and offer WAY more organic produce and better selection of produce now.
