I think SC is ahead of most states as far as reopening. Our stay-at-home work order has been lifted, and our restaurants are offering outdoor dining. And it looks like no more food limits! I think.😉

How do you get your Venison burgers to hold together? I never have luck making hamburgers with my ground venison.

mix in beef fat when grinding up. also can do like meatloaf and add egg

I mix venison with ground beef (about 2/3 venison, 1/3 beef). I also always add an egg (and of course seasonings) which helps hold it together.
