I saw the $10 credit when my cart was $50. I decided to alter the cart because I didn’t need something in there. The money from photos disappeared and I don’t know where to find it now!
When you received your credit, you should have gotten an email that gave you the expiration date of your $10 credit. For me, it was May 15th. I had to use it by then or it would expire. I’m guessing that’s what happened. I’m sorry!! -Meg, MSM Team
So once you follow the instructions, instruction #3 is to claim your credit… is there somewhere to do this (do you have to click on a ‘claim your credit’ button, so that the email with the credit can be forwarded to you later, or is the credit claimed automatically just by setting the app up as instructed?

It means in order to use the credit you must spend $25 on products sold by Amazon, not a 3rd party. So you only spend $10 out of pocket! Hope that helps! -Jordan, MSM Team

I see this -above quote in the details of the offer itself , which makes me think there’s a good chance this won’t work for us. I went into my Amazon prime account, found the prime photos link etc, but nothing popped up with any special deal for me, though I’ve never loaded the app or used the photos in here, previously. (So I’d think it should be offering some deal to me , if one- is to be available…? Any ideas?
I searched my email and found the offer in one. Haven’t gotten any emails about a reward yet though🤷

You have to download the Amazon Photo App through an app store on one of your devices. You then have to upload a picture to the app before receiving your credit!
