This Bubble Pizza recipe is a fun and yummy twist on traditional pizza! It’s a sure crowd-pleaser, while being a little different than the same ol’ pizza. This recipe is sooo easy — in fact, I threw it together and popped it in the oven in about 10 minutes.
This week’s $10 Family Dinner was inspired by free Pillsbury biscuits that I got from Publix last week! You can always make your own biscuit dough if you prefer, especially if it happens to be a night that you have extra time. Since our family is right in the middle of after-school cross country practices and baseball practices/games right now, it’s nice to have a basic recipe like this to fall back on when I’m very short on time.
You can customize this with whatever pizza toppings your family loves! My family is extremely boring, so we stick with pepperoni, haha. I added a side of watermelon since it’s still in season and on sale right now. This is a perfect end-of-summer dinner!

This post is part of our $10 Dinner Ideas series, brought to you by Brigette on our team! Each week, she shares easy, delicious, and affordable family-friendly dinner ideas that cost less than $10 to make, use everyday ingredients, and are super quick meals.

How to Make Bubble Pizza:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each piece of biscuit dough into 4 pieces using kitchen scissors.

2. In a large bowl, gently toss together the biscuit pieces, sauce, pepperoni (I cut each piece in half), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese (along with any other desired toppings). Transfer to a well-greased 9 x13 pan.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits seem done. Top with remaining cheeses and bake until cheese is melted. Broil until cheese starts to brown, if desired.
4. While the pizza is baking, cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and serve alongside the Bubble Pizza.
