This recipe is a fun and yummy twist on traditional pizza! It’s a sure crowd-pleaser, while being a little different than the same ol’ pizza.

1cupParmesan cheesedivided (Publix – 8 oz for $2.49) — $1.40
3cupsshredded cheesedivided (Bargain City – 5 lbs for $10) — $1.50

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each piece of biscuit dough into 4 pieces using kitchen scissors.
In a large bowl, gently toss together the biscuit pieces, sauce, pepperoni (I cut each piece in half), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese (along with any other desired toppings). Transfer to a well-greased 9 x13 pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits seem done. Top with remaining cheeses and bake until cheese is melted. Broil until cheese starts to brown, if desired.
While the pizza is baking, cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and serve alongside the Bubble Pizza.
