This recipe is a fun and yummy twist on traditional pizza! It’s a sure crowd-pleaser, while being a little different than the same ol’ pizza.

Ingredients

Ingredients for Bubble Pizza

  • 2 16.3- ounce cans biscuits Publix – free with coupons and Fetch and Ibotta Rebates — $0
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce Aldi – $1.67 for 3 cups — $1.12
  • 1 6- ounce package pepperoni Bargain City – 12 lbs for $30 — $0.94
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese divided (Publix – 8 oz for $2.49) — $1.40
  • 3 cups shredded cheese divided (Bargain City – 5 lbs for $10) — $1.50
  • Additional pizza toppings of choice if desired

Ingredients for Sides:

  • Watermelon Aldi — $4.49

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each piece of biscuit dough into 4 pieces using kitchen scissors.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss together the biscuit pieces, sauce, pepperoni (I cut each piece in half), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese (along with any other desired toppings). Transfer to a well-greased 9 x13 pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits seem done. Top with remaining cheeses and bake until cheese is melted. Broil until cheese starts to brown, if desired.
  • While the pizza is baking, cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and serve alongside the Bubble Pizza.
