Aldi was out of the advertised grapes, pineapple and baby carrots, unfortunately. Since they were such fantastic prices, I plan on price-matching these at our next-door Wal-Mart. I just didn’t get that done before posting this. 🙂 I will probably pick up some more eggs at Wal-Mart too!

So glad I saw your trips before I went shopping. I didn’t have the tortillas on my list. My boys love to have ham and cheese wraps for lunch. I love your menu plans. You encourage me to stay within my $300 grocery budget for my family of five. If you don’t already have a Harris teeter matching blog, homemakingmom.com and theharristeeterdeals are my two favorite. These two ladies work hard and deliver great match ups. Enjoy the game.
Oh, that’s good to know!! I haven’t heard of either of those blogs, so I will check them out for sure. Thank you!!
You did fantastic this week! Great price on eggs. I got 4 dozen marked down Happy Eggs for $1.12 per dozen this weeks at Fry’s. I wish I would have read your post before I put on a roast for dinner. I would have made the Kielbasa stew, it look great. I saved it for this weekend. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Sounds like you got a pretty good price on eggs too! We love kielbasa stew when I can get the kielbasa for cheap. It’s a great, inexpensive, filling meal! Of course, we like roast as well. 🙂
