PB&J sandwiches, carrots, fruit (Jesse will be gone, so I’m keeping it simple!)
Mini Chicken Pot Pies (I’m going to make homemade biscuit dough for these), fruit
Ham & Cheese Pockets, fruit salad, steamed veggies
Chicken & Stuffing Casserole, fruit salad, steamed veggies
Dinner out
Dinner with extended family

    A quick and easy way for perfect proportions for the hot-pockets (I made Runzas at home) and use the Rhoads or store brand of frozen rolls! Loosen the bag and try to spread them out some and let them thaw in the fridge, then flour the surface and roll out, and continue on with your recipe.
