The girls and I have been playing the Kroger Summer of Savings Instant Win Game every single day since it started and we finally won something today. And it was a free 4-pack of toilet paper — which is probably one of the best prizes seeing as deals on toilet paper have been far and few between around here recently.

I won free TP, but when I clicked “claim prize” it says “unable to locate the requested coupon”. Not so happy NOW! >:(

Today was my first time (I don’t even have a Kroger card…yet!) and I won a Bob Evans side dish. I’m excited! I’ve never bought those before because I usually make most of the meals we eat from fresh but for free…I’ll take it! haha

Ok. I’m super frustrated because I’ve played twice and won something both times. HOWEVER, when I try to sign on to Dillon’s account it sends me to an error page and then I lose the coupon. Is this happening to anyone else? Even when I select the “Contact Us” button on the bottom it sends me an error page. So frustrated!

@Stefanie, the official rules say you can win once prize per participant. but there are 3 prize pools, or 3 seperate game periods. i’m thinking and hoping that this means you can win once per game period, for a total of 3 times this summer. i guess we shall see!

@Dawn, I went to the Kroger website and sent them an email. I am waiting for a response. No one could help me at the store because they didn’t know anything about the Sumer of Savings sweepstakes.

@Jackie, I have not heard anything back from Kroger yet. I was wondering if I had to buy the exact product in the picture.When I looked up the prize, it said Lipton Ice Tea, not Lipton Green Tea only. I was going to try and redeem the prize again today.

@Jen, I checked under the Official Rules, because when Kroger ran the other game a couple of months ago, it was one prize per person for that sweepstake. This one says “Limit of 1 prize per participant”. But it also says there are 3 different prize pools: one June 11-July 3, one is July 4-Aug 7 and the last is Aug 8-Sept 11. So I don’t know if we can win a prize during each time frame or just once total.

@Megan, I’ve had it before. It’s pretty good except it tastes different than the regular kind of peanut butter—maybe more like a natural peanut butter.

Hubs and I each have a Kroger card (comes from marrying when we were in our 30s). I won a Kool-aid fizz and he won a jug of Lipton tea. We aren’t super big tea drinkers and our 2 year-old has never had kool-aid but…they are free. We’ll be happy to have them. Either use ourselves or give to someone else who will use them. 🙂

Is anyone else having trouble selecting a store? I am trying to select King Sooper, since that is the Kroger store near me, but nothing happens. I accidentally clicked on Hilander, the store next to it, & keep getting messages that Hilander is not participating. It won’t let me select the store I want! 🙁

My only experience with this has been having a shortcuts coupon on my Kroger card and using it at the same time as a “free” coupon. It took off the amount of the shortcuts coupon and then charged the balance toward the “free” product, i.e., no overage.
