  • Thanks for the link, Crystal. It must be so nice to be out of that season, hey? 🙂 I’m getting closer, and can’t wait to start making more proper meals for my family again, but I feel grateful that we’ve been able to make things work and keep everyone decently fed these past couple of months! And I agree about it being worth it to spend a little bit extra. Having simple, convenience foods on hand is definitely cheaper and usually healthier than getting take-out! It definitely helped us out on many a night!

  • Has anyone else had a problem opening the Jaycie links?
I tried a couple times yesterday as well and they are alternately telling me they are broken or are blocked by ads. Jaycie, if you’re out there I’d love to somehow access your site!

I am very sick right now and am praying it doesn’t last until my 7th month like it did with my first one! Thank you so much for posting this link. I didn’t even think about putting the crockpot in another room!

  • Claire,

You can either access it at or It was switching from a blogspot to a .com so that could have been the issue? If you still have problems, you can go to my primary blog at and access it through the link in my sidebar.

Thank you Crystal for posting this!
