What’s on your menu this week? Tell us in the comments or leave a link to your menu plan post.

Mrs. Crystal, Could you please post the recipe to the Nachos? That sounds yummy. I’m trying to eat at home, and not go out. Only splurged once this week to a trip to Sonic. We are using what we have this week. Only had to get milk, and bread. We’ve had left overs twice this week so the food won’t spoil, so we’ve been able to make our fresh food last longer. 🙂 I LOVE your website by the way. Big fan. Have a blessed day. Wendy from MS.
Here’s the recipe: http://fitpaleomom.com/bell-pepper-nachos/ We had it for dinner tonight and these were delicious!
I seriously LOVE cabbage & beef. I would make it once a week if I could but my husband isn’t too fond of it. He never complains…but I don’t want to torture him;) I’d love to hear how you make yours! I usually just toss the cabbage in once the beef is done and usually add tomato paste to the beef and & squirt some lemon juice on top after it’s done. I also made an interesting meatloaf last week that I got from PaleOMG…it has chorizo in it!
What is beef & steamed cabbage? I love trying your recipes, Crystal, you have given our family so many great ones that we use over and over! 🙂
My husband is making it — it’s a recipe he found and wanted to try (he’s been having fun experimenting in the kitchen recently!) I’ll let you know if we end up loving it!
Thank you, Crystal!
The green pepper nachos sound interesting.

Always love this post each week! Here is what we are eating:

LOTS of greens for us this week as we are picking them from the garden!
I cook them on high heat in a pan with a smidge of oil and add a bit of vinegar and salt.
So, not sure what we are having for the main course, but this will accompany most of our meals!
Pizza Pretzel Rolls sound amazing! I love the current trend of turning pretzels into bread, and to take it a step more and turn it into pizza! Wow!

Summer calls for simple menu plans. You can see mine at http://adayinthelifeonthefarm.blogspot.com/2014/05/whats-going-on-this-week-and-weekly-menu.html
Our menu is rather simple as well. I’m learning to adjust to my growing family’s needs…namely a very hungry 12 year old boy! 🙂

I have a question about the photo used at the beginning of this post. What is it and is there a recipe for it?
It’s the Brown Sugar Meatloaf linked to in the post. I hope that helps!
perfect! Thanks!
My menu plan post isn’t coming out until tomorrow, but I’m making it a simple and easy week when it comes to food too. Even as a food blogger, sometimes I just need to take some time off cooking. 🙂
Here’s my weekly menu, http://theladyprefers2save.com/?p=4668; I’ll be Feeding A Family of 4 This Week, For Only $28.39! Thanks for the link-up!
Always appreciate your meal plans!! Have the pizza stuffed pretzel rolls in the freezer- can’t wait to try them!
Your menu looks delicious. We are also having simple dinners this week.

I’d love to know the recipe for Bell Pepper Nachos-Yummy!
I would like to know the recipe too.
I was just going to ask this exact same thing 🙂
If you would be willing to give the bell pepper nachos please, that would be wonderful! It sounds delicious.
I love simple weeks! 🙂 This week we’re very busy with activities so I’m utilizing the crock pot!

I don’t have a meal plan to share but wanted to tell everyone that the Brown Sugar Glazed Meatloaf is AWESOME. I have tried so many meatloaf recipes and this one is by far the easiest and best tasting one that I have come across. Thanks for sharing it.
We LOVE it, too! So glad your family does, as well!
The Pizza Pretzal Rolls look great! I may have to add them to my menu next week– anxious to see how they turn out!
Here’s what we’re having this week:

I’m going simple this week too (although that’s typically what I do 🙂 ). The last few weeks have been crazy, I’m finally getting some nights at home and am really looking forward to it! The barbecue with your friends sounds fun, I love doing stuff like that.
Here’s my menu, thanks for the link up.
