but i just now realized cinco de mayo is this week so might have to do fancier mexican like fajitas or fish tacos. plus my freebie rachel ray magazine just arrived yesterday so i might have to alter some of my months plan is there are some fun new recipes.
On Pinterest I saw pb&j sushi rolls so I put it on my menu this week to make for my son. They were fun to make. I only made them for him since they took a little longer to make then just a pb&j sandwich but I think they would be perfect for a birthday party.

I would just like to THANK all you wonderful ladies for posting your Gluten-Free menus! This will make life SO much easier for me! For whatever reason, menu-planning is something I can never quite “get” right! Have a great rest of the week 🙂
Here is the menu plan for the kids and my husband, mine is different per doctor’s recommendations! 🙁

One of my goals this week is to have dinner at home every night – we’ve been eating out too much.
On the dinner menu this week: boxed chicken bake (we were running late for dinner, hubby’s request!), chicken pasta spinach bake, tacos, chicken pot pie, cowboy spaghetti.

All gluten free!
Our family loves egg in a hole! Sadly I can’t have eggs or most grains so I always miss out on them now. Here’s our menu! http://saveliveeatlove.com/2012/04/eat-weekly-menu-429/
Thanks so much for posting so many recipes for all of us!
(and an aside…was that photo taken on your floor? 😉 )
Here’s our menu plan for the week–gluten free for me and dairy and soy free for all of us. http://www.momsplans.com/2012/04/menu-planning-april-29-2012/

Although, it’s already changed once because I was able to get a free Domino’s pizza today!
We are heading out of town tomorrow, so our menu is a bit different than usual. But I was so excited to have our first garden meal for dinner tonight, boo choice pasta and salad from the garden. Here is the rest of our menu, http://delicious-nutritious.blogspot.com/2012/04/menu-monday-4302012.html?m=1.
Those cinnamon rolls look delish. I wish they were gluten free! 🙂

This week I am making salmon patties which I have not made for a while so they sounded really good. We are also having some herb rubbed steak one night and chicken fajitas another night.
I love the new freezer cooking series, thank you it’s motivating me to start trying! Do you happen to have a non bread machine recipe for the cinnamon rolls?
I made those cinnamon rolls today- although most went into the freezer for future enjoyment. I love your freezer cooking challenge!

I am so excited for the new freezer cooking series, it was already my plan for us to eat easy meals using what we had in the freezer this week but your new series gives me new motivation to make some room in the freezer for fun new recipes.
Here’s what we are having this week:

http://www.savingmyselfsilly.com/2012/04/menu-plan-for-430-56.html See I was planning on eating from my freezer, and now you’ve got me filling it up HAHAHA. I love seeing your freezer cooking posts return, and I’ve been wanting to try that banana bread so I went ahead and made some…you know since I didn’t have dinner to cook. 😉
Really excited for your freezer session! I like how you’re dividing it–helps motivate me to follow along and do it! Thank you for taking the time to share with us. And now I want cinnamon rolls on my menu 🙂 Here’s what’s on our menu this week: http://cozycakescottage.com/2012/04/30/our-menu-week-of-april-29-2012/
I love the new freezer cooking series. Thank you so much…very appropriate for right now. I’m switching the breakfast and dinner weeks though…I had already planned to freeze dinners this week, but for dinner week I will do breakfasts 🙂
Here is our menu for the week…despite the non-subsiding cankles and sore feet that will be here until baby #2 arrives in 3 weeks, I managed to freeze three different meals. Yay!

Have you stopped eating gluten free, Crystal?
I was going to ask the same thing. 🙂
I started planning for the month. It’s been working nicely for us.

Thank you for posting your menu! I see lots of Gluten-Free options my kiddos will enjoy in your post 🙂
Oh, good! I think I “accidentally” have begun eating more gluten-free. A friend from church is on a GF diet and mentioned the same thing a while back. We do eat gluten, but it has become limited. I am hoping to begin making things with more nut flours and such, too. Saving up for a Vita-mix, too. Heard those were good for grinding flours.
