This recipe makes a great mason jar soup mix for a gift or pantry mix. I made it as a MOPS activity with great success. One of my absolute favorite bean soups!
Where are the best bargains on beans & rice? I’d love to see where others find the best prices!! I found pinto beans at Sam’s Club $8.93 for 10 pounds. We use a lot of chick peas (garbanzo beans), black beans, & brown rice. I buy the dried beans, cook them in the crockpot, & freeze for recipes. Thanks!!
I also buy mine at Sam’s Club as well as white beans through Azure Standard that has a drop location near us.
