Renee emailed in the following tip:
I saw your recent post about product review sites and thought I should tell you about Dollar Deal Reviews. It’s similar to Amazing Deals Group, but you can get more than 2 products at a time.
When you set up your free Dollar Deal Reviews account, you’ll be provided with Amazon coupons codes, which are then used to purchase the specified product(s). Those codes allow you to try new product for $1 (or less), in exchange for honest reviews on Amazon. -Renee
I’ve compiled a list of different review sites I use and enjoy :

I hope it’s alright to share it. My favorites are AMZ, ADG and SnagShout.
I signed up today, got a code for an item which should bring it down to $1, but it’s coming up $6?? Didn’t order.
Did you put the code into the promotional credit box on the checkout page?
Rebecca,
Email Andrew. He’ll get it all sorted out for you. The seller may have upped their price on Amazon and not realized that it would effect the coupon code.
Just go to the contact form and on the drop down menu, choose “problems with a coupon code”. Let him know what happened and he’ll get it taken cared of 🙂
I did email yesterday evening, haven’t heard back yet, but thank you!
I have used this site and find that it almost never has new products and they are often out of stock before I get the chance. I have been a member for a while and have reviewed three items–two of which were this week. One is some colored liquid chalk markers, one is a garden hose nozzle, and the third item was a large bottle of peppermint essential oil.
I am a member of several of these sites and have found this to be one of the least rewarding. (although I like all three items)
which ones do you use?
Question: Does anyone know if you’re on the hook for shipping charges as well? Like, say they offer you their product for a dollar, but then its one of those “ships free with $35+ order type things”… (??)
Most of these product review sites are only worthwhile for those with Amazon Prime. Otherwise, you do pay shipping and that typically makes the deal significantly less enticing.
Thank you! That’s kinda what I was thinking…
