There are no secrets…only hard work. There have been grueling and exhausting seasons for me over the years, but the commitment, drive, and consistency have paid off.

Great reminder. It seems like our culture wants a quick fix and an easy answer, but the real key to success is consistent hard work. It’s not glamorous, but it is worth it! Consistent hard work also builds character and has spiritual benefits. I find it interesting to see such a difference between my students who have been taught the value of and dignity of work and those who, unfortunately, may not have the best examples. Their ability to do homework, projects, succeed academically and socially, and solve problems all stem back to this core virtue.
Such good words here! Thanks so much for sharing!
Hey, I was wondering if you could pray for me… I, like you have been shy all my life, people pleaser, thinking I am not good enough, always doubting myself, not good enough or pretty (even when people say that I am pretty, I don’t believe them because I think they are just saying that to make me happy)…. I have a learning disability and stutter when I talk (that in it self makes me self conscious)….. But, hearing you tell your story tonight on Periscope and who you opened up and was Sooo vulnerabile (transparent), I want to be confident as well and let people know that I am smart too (in my own way)…. I need help and would be Sooo honored if you could pray for me to be more bold through Jesus…. I believe in Jesus and love Him but like you said, I need to surround myself with truth people (I think that is how you said it)….. Thank you soo much and thank you for being such an awesome encourager (Christian) …….
Joyfully Yours,
Jenny Austin
