For example, while I love social media for connecting and networking with others, I am not a rule follower. I don’t want to be chained to a regular schedule, even if it’s what the experts say is best for growing my business.
I don’t want a blog that is a burden to me and my family. I want it to be a blessing, and so there are some choices I make for myself in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance and manage my time well.

As a work-at-home mom I’m constantly struggling to find balance and am always finding that work has a way of creeping into my family time. I am really loving this series of videos, and it occurred to me as I watched this one admiring how polished and put together you looked, that you have your gym shorts on under the table!!!!

Agreed! Ever since I started writing, I have struggled to disconnect from it. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning, but now that I do, I can take time off and not feel guilty. I definitely love the flexible schedule of working from home. I’m making a goal to balance my time better in the coming year. I love that you say it requires re-evaluating through different seasons. I completely agree. Nothing stays the same in your home for very long.
