Have you ever shopped at the online discount Martie Grocery store? I recently discovered it and LOVE it!

What is Martie?

If you’ve followed for any length of time, you know how much of a fan I am of discount food stores. Every time I mention the discount food store we love to go to when we’re traveling through Missouri, people will reach out and say they wish they could find something similar in their area.

While some areas do have similar discount food stores, I know many do not. So when my sister texted me to ask if I’d heard of this company called Martie, an online discount grocery store, I knew I had to check it out and possibly do a review!

Is everything a good deal?

I placed an order within a few days and was so impressed with the selection on the Martie website. They advertise that most of their prices are 40-70% off retail and I found that to be pretty true.

There are some things that aren’t great deals compared to what you might find on sale in-store, but if you typically buy organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-friendly items, you’ll likely find some really great deals on the site. I recommend sorting by price to see the lowest priced deals!

Is there a catch?

Since this is an online discount store, you’ll never know for sure what they’ll have in stock, they do limit some purchases, and all items are usually expiring within a few weeks to a few months.

But if you’re like me and don’t necessarily see expiration dates on shelf stable items as hard and fast rules and/or you can use items up or stick them in the freezer, you will love digging through what’s on the Martie site!

They offer daily deals and last chance deals. They also have labels on a lot of items telling you how much the discount is off the retail price.
