You could possibly try seeing if you can login with a friend or relative’s account to see if it’s there. On occasion, Amazon won’t give the coupon code to everyone for some reason!
I should’ve checked out with this right away because I think now that you have made it known too many people have used the coupon and it is back to normal even subscribe and save is $18. Coupon os no longer there

I’m wondering if the people that have already ordered it and subscribed and save it’s still showing up for but the people who have not ordered it yet would not be able to get the 40% off? I had put it in my cart and when I went to look, it said that it changed the coupons that were available so it showed $18 and then when I went back to work, the coupon was not available for a sub subscribe and save it all. I first checked around five Pacific standard time and now it’s about 720 Pacific standard time.
I went back and looked. It was taken off for the 1 pound but it’s still available for the .5 or half a pound and also the 2 pound. The 40% off is there for the other amounts just not the 1 lb.
