My Goals for This Week

As I mentioned in yesterday’s posts, last week was very full — and I didn’t get to cross a whole lot off my goals list. But that’s okay!

This Week’s Goals — 2020 — Week 9

Personal Goals

1. Get in 54,000 steps total. (I use the FitBit Ulta HR to track my steps every day.)

2. Finish reading Risen Motherhood, Made to Move Mountains, and finish listening to The Austen Escape.

Home/Family Goals

3. Read 30 more pages of Carry a Big Stick aloud as a family.

4. Wash all baby clothes in Dreft.

Work/Blog Goals

5. Finish the rough draft of chapter 6 of my manuscript.

Word of the Year Goals

6. Pop popcorn and watch another classic movie as a family.

We had a stomach virus and the flu hit our house last week, so not many original goals accomplished in an effort to keep those comfortable and the rest of us healthy.

This past weekend started our softball league season, and I help run the concession stand, so most of my goals from now until may will
be light since I’m not inside the house as much all day. I enjoyed the slow pace of winter but am ready for our busy season! Here are my goals:

    1) Complete this weeks workout plan
    2) Read 1 book
    3) Work in the concession stand on game days/nights
    4) Watch a movie with family
    5) Make it through Saturday, where we have a very fun but uncharacteristically packed schedule
