I know, I know, it’s silly that I still get so excited about freebies. But it’s true: I did a little happy dance when my box containing my free Target Beauty Bag arrived.
Not only was there a cute little Target cosmetics bag, there were four samples in it, a free tube of Neutrogena naturals lip balm and $25 worth of Target beauty coupons.

got mine and i too forgot all bout it, the bag is sooo! cute, and i love the sample of lip balm. i love that it was a full size, and natural. my daughter has already been in the lotion, and i am going on a trip soo, so im trying to save the shampoo other things for that, but im almost to tempted to just try it now.

Both she and my Granddaughter loved the cute bag, and wanted one to keep in their purse with “personal items”, so I gave my bag (with samples intact) to my Granddaughter. She was tickled, went through the coupons, and found several she plans to use. This was one of the best free samples I have received.

I got the same of everything Crystal recieved, And I gave my mom the lotion to try out ( since I have horrid sensitivity to cosmetics and lotions) I tried it myself and had no reaction ( score!) and My Mother loved it so much so that she went promptly out and bought a bottle. I told her if she waited, I’d have saved her money, she said We’ll be picking up another bottle for myself next time we’re shopping together with my coupons, since she loves it so much, Lol.
I’ve been wanting to try that lip balm, but couldn’t see spending almost $4 for it, so I’m glad I could score it free plus save with the coupons! I already use Patene on my hair (a splurge) due to it’s texture and being so long, so I knew I’d like it. The bag is cute too!

The lip balm is great and the Fekkai s/c made my hair SO soft! Too bad it’s probably so pricey I’d never really buy it!
I LOVED the Fekkai shampoo/conditioner. I dont remember my hair ever feeling that good. My husband even noticed and said I should go treat myself to some sans coupon. So I marched myself to Target superduper excited……. until I saw that it was $20 for a bottle that would last me two weeks max! Needless to say, it’s back to my cheapo shampoo/conditioner.
Wow – I guessed it was pricey – but $20 a bottle!? That’s crazy!
Costco has some Fekkai products in a package… shampoo and conditioner and a product for $30 (in-store…. more on their website). Still insanely expensive but I love it…. and it lasts a really long time.
My kids will probably get it for me for Mother’s Day.

Mine arrived yesterday also, and my 8 y.o. daughter eyed the bag. She REALLY wants it! She loves bags of all kinds, she puts her books and stuffed animals in assorted purses, backpacks, etc. whenever we leave the house.

My grandmother buys her Clinique products when they are running a special and then gives me the extra make-up and pretty bags that they come in. I am always wondering what to do with all these make-up bags, now your suggestion for the OCC makes me think that these (filled with goodies) would be good for the pre-teen girls we would make our boxes for (we make a box for a child the same age and gender as my kids, 13, 11 and 3). Thanks for the idea!!
Quick question, has anyone ever sent make-up (besides lip balm) in their OCC boxes? My 11 year old has asked if we can but I’m skeptical about how make-up would go over in other countries. I don’t want to get the recipient in trouble.
