My 6 Goals For This Week

Like I shared yesterday, it was quite the roller coaster week last week. This week, is a full week, too, as baseball is starting,  Kathrynne is leaving for Suriname, and I’ll be at a Women’s Discipleship Retreat Friday-Sunday. So, once again, I’m keeping my goals simple!

Home/Family Goals

3. Read 30 more pages of Carry a Big Stick aloud as a family.

We had a sick house last week so I didn’t do so great on my goals last week. Moving on! Reading, working out, and family movie nights have become autopilot so I don’t know if I should keep adding them. But it makes me feel good to cross them off on the weeks I don’t get to everything!

    1) Do this week’s workout plan
    2) Drink 64 oz water a day
    3) Read 2 books
    4) Track food intake on weight watchers app every day
    5) Clean out van (I keep putting it off..)
    6) Do a quick recipe freezer session 5 times (following along with Jessica Fisher)
    7) Family movie night
    8) One on one time with our 12 y/o
    9) Do a puzzle
    10) Have a social media free day
    11) Do some road trip research-we booked a hotel for DC last week but need to book one for along the way
    12) 15 minutes Spanish practice daily
