I took the last two weeks off of goal-setting since we were on vacation as a family. It’s good to be back to it… especially as we gear up for the kids going back to school!

What are YOUR goals for this week? Tell me in the comments! I’d love to hear and be able to cheer for you!
Hi Crystal,
I love your goals for the week email. They always motivate me! I also love the work you are doing with your family. My husband and I hope to foster dogs in a couple of years but I also hope to foster children too! You are doing such beautiful work!
My goals for this week is to work out 5x, with two 24 hr fasting days.
Finish my two Lifebook classes for the week; it’s a great course and I highly recommend it!
Finish setting up accounts for the ultimate homeschooling bundle.
Review our monthly spending and create a new budget.
Thank you so much for sharing your goals! I hope you have a great week!
What pelvic exercises do you do?
Love the pic!
My pelvic floor therapist gave me a set of exercises to do at least a few times per week.
My biggest goal is to improve my blog traffic. This is such a struggle for me. I guess I was a turtle level slow learner. But I finally have the time to work on it after years of not having time to do any more than write and press share.
I also do the morning walks that you mentioned. Oh! And kudos on the pelvic floor exercises. It works. I have four children, and I always did them, and to this day I can jump on the trampoline and sneeze just fine with none of those worries you read about.
YAY! I’m cheering for you! You can do it!
I’m sorry, but they are just too CUTE!!!! Love seeing your updates!!!! 🙂
I’m pretty biased, but I think they are some of the cutest babies ever. 🙂
They truly are!!! Love what your family is doing, and what you mean!
I wouldn’t waste my time on Where the Crawdads Ding… Way too much description of intimacy and unmarried intimacy at that. 😕. I would never have listened to it had I known.
###Sing
I’m almost 40% of the way through and there’s only been a tiny bit of it — really only in one section. Does it get a lot worse at the end of the book? I’ve found it to be insightful and such a good reminder so far that you never know where someone is coming from or what pain they are experiencing. But like I said, I’m only 40% of the way through… so I might end up not finishing it if it starts to go downhill.
I feel that it doesn’t get really good until the end of the book – like with 40% left. I think you should try to stick it out!
