What are YOUR goals for this week? Tell me in the comments! I’d love to hear and be able to cheer for you!
I don’t really know that tiktok would be a thing for you, but everyone’s looks different. It’s a huge time suck!
Haha! I’ve had an account there for a year, but I’m researching it right now since I teach social media on my other blog. 🙂
Congratulations on completing your manuscript! I’ve read your other books, and look forward to this one! I love your dedication and self-discipline!
Thanks so much!
Does your kids enjoy the Giver? I was thinking ehat is a good age to read it to my kids.
Congratulations on turning in your manuscript! Hope to read it soon!
Do you mind sharing what pelvic floor exercises you’re doing? I just got the “all clear” from my OB and have started doing some postpartum exercise, but I’m not really sure what all to do. (The internet has overwhelmed me a bit in the subject.)
I follow this lady online for pilates. She has awesome routines but this one is specific to pelvic floor and not overwhelming. 🙂

Thanks, Sarah! This is exactly like what I’m looking for! 🙂
She gives me different exercises to do each week, based upon how I’m healing/what I need to work on. So it changes week by week.
Don’t tell me you’re joining TikTok too! My girls drive me crazy with it 😉 I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
I joined a long time ago but haven’t done a lot with it. I’m just been researching to see whether or not it’s something I recommend as a social media platform since I part of what I do online is teaching other people about social media. 🙂
