I was about to email you, how do I find encouragement to do anything, I bought your Book when you just have released. I have two home based businesses but it’s been 6 months since I do not do anything with my businesses, my husband thinks that I am too busy with kids( but actually I am in stress, which I know is not normal), since I don’t even do what I wanted to with my kids like crafts, park or just go outside we are sitting at home whole day long. I really need some prayers I know this is maybe is not the place for it to write, please forgive me. I am so desperate here.
Thank you

Praying for you Ann!
And I would suggest visiting your physician – check for underlying illnesses (infections, vitamin definiciencies, etc.). I felt like that for over a year before I really realized that something was physically wrong with me (not that I was stressed or going crazy) and then it took another year to find it.
No shame in asking for prayers ever or wherever – we’ve all been there, even if the struggle is different.
Hugs,
Lea

Ann, bless your heart, I will keep you in my prayers. I have had (and still have at times) days like that. For me, I usually always see a pattern of eating badly (high sugar, high carb, comfort food type things) that I immediately address when I find myself feeling just…ugh, yuk, tired, dazed and confused. Usually that, in itself makes me feel tons better almost immediately. And then, I’m also usually not taking my vitamins and supplements so I try to be better at taking them. And then I make lists to help me organize my thoughts (that can so easily get away from me, then follows the whole day…down the drain) I don’t know if any of those sounds like maybe something that could be at the root of your troubles and I SURELY don’t want to discount that it could be something more. But at the least until you can get to the doctor( if thats what you think you might need to do) try treating yourself well & healthily & see if that makes even a tiny difference. Take care ~TJ

I needed to hear this this morning. I am still struggling with an injury to a muscle in my leg leaving me unable to workout like I am use to. I am still working out some but not much and it does feel like I am standing still, this reminded me I am moving ahead in healing I just have to give it time.
