To celebrate the launch of Love-Centered Parenting, this week, we turn the tables on the podcast and Jesse hosts the show!
He interviews me about why I wrote another book when I never thought I would, a real behind-the-scenes look at how I wrote this book, what the editorial process is like for writing a book, plus much more!
He asks me some of his own questions + questions you all submitted, including:
- Did I plan to write another book? (Spoiler alert: the answer is no!)
- How was the writing process of this book compared to my other books?
- What was the most difficult part of writing Love-Centered Parenting?
- What are the best and worst aspects of writing a book?
- How do you find inspiration for what to write about?
- Could a non-Christian benefit from Love-Centered Parenting?
- How do you get started writing a book?
- And more!

Janice says
Is there/will there be an audio version available of your book?
Crystal Paine says
Yes! I recorded it recently and it’s in production and should be available soon!

I pre-ordered your book, “Love Centered Parenting”. I normally read through books quickly, but this one I’m reading slowly in order to let the points you make really sink in. Living as loved is something I knew in my head, but it’s starting to change things in my heart. Also realizing that my success or failure as a parent does not depend on how my child turns out or the choices that he makes, takes so much pressure off. This allows freedom and joy to enter my life as a parent. Thank you so much for writing this book. It is already blessing me greatly.
Crystal Paine says
I am so grateful!! Thank you for reading and for sharing how it’s encouraging you! That means so much!
