Is that a book that she buys or has made one up? I would be interested in learning about that. Thank you!

The only thing I disagreed with that helps me keep the budget down is to plan for left overs. I have a month dry erase board on my refrigerator that i have our meals planned out. By doing this for a few months now i know which meals always have leftovers. I plan our leftover evenings on Monday since it’s the first day back to work and school for us we are usually tired when we get home. Scheduling left over days takes away 4 meals that would have been planned for and saves money on said meals and on wasting food we already have. I do plan on trying to shop monthly though to give it a try.

I’ve tried once a month planning but I never seem to make it. I’m too impulsive. Or we decide to eat out and it messes everything up. Our 100 Day Challenge has really made a difference in that area though! http://www.marthamarthablog.com/100-days-of-no-eating-out-day-21/
