    I ordered these and left shoe is too tight and digs into my heal. Seems like a defect. I am unable to retrieve my email receipt for exchange. I pulled up pay pal and called proozy. Lady was helpful but unable to locate my order. Wonder if you have any idea?

      Did you check your PayPal account for the transaction? Also, PayPal usually sends an email when a payment has been made from your PayPal account.
