How do their regular prices compare to, say, Sam’s Club?
It’s not close to me, so I have to decide if it’s worth the drive.
In the Midwest I’ve never seen Costco and Sam’s club to be lower than 40 cents off compared to the corner gasoline station. Typically it’s closer to 25-30 cents off. Of course it varies. Unless you have 2+ vehicles with huge gas tanks…
Earlier time is for members but everyone gets the discount from 4:00-7:00pm

I love when they do this!! We live in a small town so thankfully the line is never too long. One time they walked around by the pumps and offered free treats. When we go on these promo day they give us a savings card for 10 cents off a gallon. I think that those cards are usually good for about 6 months.
