Nice! I make my own laundry detergent so I didn’t need Purex. I did pick up 8 2-packs of Safe Guard soap from Kroger that were free after doubled coupons – these will eventually mix with generic oxyclean, Superwashing Soda, and Borax to become laundry detergent. I needed Kleenex right away as my son has a runny nose and every time the Huggies deal rolls around at CVS, I stock up on diapers. I bought 3 Kleenex -$0.50/3, 1 Huggies -$1.50, and 4 newspapers. I used $12 ECBS ($2 were bonus from a survey and $10 were from the last Huggies deal) and some money on my Jingit card. It cost me no cash. I have a $10 gift card earned through a points program coming in on Friday, so I’ll go back and purchase 2 more Huggies and use 2x -$2.50 coupons. I estimate that will cost me about $4.24 oop, including tax, and I’ll get $10 ECBs.

Is there a Register Reward deal on the Kleenex then? Just wondering how she earned $2 in her second transaction. You’re lucky your Purex was only $4.79, ours was $5.99 in Texas but I had the coupons so still a good deal.

Yes, there is a confirmed catalina deal going on this month on Kleenex at Walgreens. Here is a link with more details: http://www.livingrichwithcoupons.com/2013/08/kleenex-catalina-tissues-56-walgreens.html
