Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas x 2 (using the yellow peppers)

Would LOVE to know what your freezer cooking! Maybe you could start that as a regular post also now that Crystal doesn’t do it anymore!:) Do you do this regularly? Your recipes that work well for the freezer? Please help those of us who are just starting on the freezer road! Love your posts!
How do you freeze the muffins and thaw them out exactly? I would love to do this but I fear they would be soggy. Can you please let me know how you do it?
I freeze muffins all the time. I flash freeze them on a pan and toss them in a Ziploc bag. I pull out some for the week and put them in a container in the fridge. We like them.
You can also freeze the batter.
