I noticed you used an Ibotta rebate offer with a ClickList receipt. I was using Ibotta when I first started using ClickList several months ago and was told by Ibotta that the receipt I submitted was invalid because it was ‘retrieved’ . Because of that, I have stopped using Ibotta. Have you had any problems using the ClickList receipt to claim rebates?

    • Gretchen says:

I’m sorry to hear that! I haven’t had any issues using Ibotta when I have a ClickList receipt. Maybe you should try again? – Gretchen, MSM Team

      • Karen H says:

I think I will. Maybe I have my rebates mixed up. I know I was doing both Ibotta and Savingstar at the same time. Maybe it was Savingstar that rejected the receipt because it said Transaction suspended at the end, even though it has transaction retrieved at the top. For some read, that outfit just doesn’t like ClickList. I haven’t been back to them or Ibotta since I started using ClickList.
