What is your go to smoothie recipe?
Gretchen says
I usually put in a banana, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, a little bit of yogurt, and then fill to the top with spinach or greens. 🙂 I also add collagen powder to my smoothie but leave it out of the kids’. This is our favorite smoothie recipe to make. – Gretchen, MSM Team

What are you going to do with all that half and half? Curious if you’re freezing some or using it all this week??
Gretchen says
Well…the truth is we will most likely go through most of it this week. We love lots of cream in our coffee! Haha! Does this tell you we have a newborn in our house?? Lots of sleepless nights and early mornings are meaning extra coffee these days and between both my husband and me, we drink a lot of coffee. 😉 – Gretchen, MSM Team
