I have been in such a rut with my dinners. I work and by the time I get home with the kids, they are already hungry, my eldest son needs help with his homework, and my toddler clings to my legs, so I have very little time to devote to prep work. We usually eat chicken at least twice a week and lately it has been seasoned and baked. My family loves it when I make southern fried chicken, but it’s messy and takes a lot of time and attention so I only make it a few times a year. I can’t wait to try the oven fried chicken. I’m making it for dinner tomorrow, and I’ve already mixed the breading in a zip lock so it will be extra easy. I always enjoy reading about your shopping trips and recipes. I have several MSM recipes that make our rotation because of it… meat and potato quiche, spaghetti pie, and several different rolls/breads. Thanks. 🙂
