Not fair my gallon of milk at Aldi’s is $2.59 in CT, why does my state have to cost so much. Gas is just a few cents from 4 dollars.
Mel says
Same here in PA – gas is $3.69 and I pay over $4 for a gal. of 1% milk.
Jennifer says
I know the gluten free cookie dough coupon is not available anymore, but where was it?
Crystal says
It was available on their Facebook Page.
Laura says
Where in the world are you that milk is $1.99/gallon? I moved to the Houston area recently and was shocked (and thrilled) that I could buy milk for less than $4.
Crystal says
Aldi has milk priced at $1.99 — definitely check to see if yours does, too.
Laura says
My Aldis has milk for $2.99. However that is still better then the $4.00+ that it is in other grocery stores here

Our Aldi milk is over $3/gal in Tulsa. I viewed the Aldi sale paper online one week and it said milk was on sale for $1.99 a gallon but when I got to the store it wasn’t; I figured I did something wrong. When I got back home I pulled it back up and realized it said it was for Hutchinson, Kansas. 🙁 No fair! 😉 Needless to say, I’ve learned to double check which location the flyer is for before I look now.
Amanda says
$1.99 in the Dallas area
Anne says
I live in the Seattle area and I can find conventional milk on pretty regular sale $2.50-$3 for 2 half-gallons (i.e. a gallon) at our Kroger-affiliated stores. I bet if I looked harder, I could find one for even less expensive.
Carrie says
There are a couple trader Joe’s in the Houston area. If you live near one, try them. They sell milk in DC for under $3.
Laura says
I’ll see if I can find a Trader Joe’s around me. There’s no Aldi’s nearby (that I know of) nor is there one where I’m from. Kroger has milk under $3/gallon, which I never knew existed until I moved here! (haha) I’m from Louisiana where even the generic/store brand was over $4.
Becki says
Some states have minimum prices for milk as laws. I think the minimum selling price for milk in Pennsylvania is around $3.49 for skim, and higher for other types. It also means that in our state, milk is never on sale when close to the sell-by date. Stores just have to throw it out.

I was excited to see my Hashbrown Casserole on your list! I hope it’s a hit! 🙂
Gretchen says
I made it last night and it was a HUGE hit! I definitely will be making it again. Thanks for a great recipe. 🙂
