Andy Traub and I connected on Twitter a few weeks ago and he asked if he could send me his new ebook, Early to Rise. Actually, I’d been meaning to buy a copy since I’d seen it recommended by so many different people I respect.
So, I jumped at the chance. And I wasn’t disappointed. Andy and I think a lot on the same wavelength when it comes to personal responsibility and discipline.
Andy’s ebook is not for someone who isn’t willing to endure some discomfort and put forth some effort. If you’re happy with how your life is and you’re satisfied with your mornings and your productivity, then you probably don’t need Early to Rise. Or, if you’re a mom who has young ones and you’re thankful for every second of sleep you can get, you also probably don’t need to read this ebook. {The last thing you need is to feel guilty for getting sleep that your body desperately needs!}
However, if you struggle to get up in the morning and you struggle to be productive during the day wish you could regularly get up earlier and get more done in the mornings, Early to Rise will challenge and motivate you. It’s broken down into easy, manageable steps to get you started on the path to consistent lifelong early rising. Even though I typically get up fairly early, I was re-inspired by it to make early rising even more of a priority in my life.
One thing I loved about Early to Rise is that it’s a longer ebook and there are some nice perks when you purchase it: you get the entire audiobook download plus the opportunity to sign up for daily email reminders. I love how Andy provides so many options so that you’re able to get the material in the format that best helps you.
Coming in March: The Early to Rise Challenge
I was so inspired by Andy’s ebook that I thought it would be fun to do an Early to Rise Challenge in March. I’ll be sharing more specific details about how the challenge will work. But basically, we’re going to be reading through the ebook together and I’m going to be encouraging everyone to choose a time they are committing to get up at every weekday morning during March. And then, I’ll have a daily check-in to share how I did and to open the floor for you to tell us how you did that morning.
Best of all, you get to choose what time you are committing to wake up at — be it 4 a.m. or 9 a.m. There’s no set time that constitutes “early”; it’s whatever works best for you and whatever will help you to have a productive day.
More details coming on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. In the mean time, who’s with me?
I am so looking forward to this challenge – getting up early was one of my goals for this year, and so far I have failed miserably! Can’t wait to read this book & participate. Thanks!!
I need more sleep! This is after I stayed up until 2 after work and was up with the kids at 6:30 for school. One day at a time!
boy oh boy… my swagbucks just credited today! so was able to buy the book today. one day before. here we go! Lord help us all. 🙂
andy, i had seen something early about a fb group as well to join? is this still a go? crystal did you get your instagram account up?
Alright I pulled the trigger (metaphorically, of course) and bought the book. I’m aiming for 6am. I really want to spend that time exercising (which is when I do my best thinking, reading, reflecting, praying – alone in our basement on the eliptical machine – and I find that I really do have more energy all day if I exercise early). So, here goes…
Done. Please Lord help me! I do not seem to get enough sleep as it is. I need this though.
This is a great idea! Get a head start on the kids before they are up. I’m 7 months prego so I can do this until the little one is born and then do the modified version when I’m up multiple times per night. Excited to join in!
I’m definitely in!! I can’t wait to do this! I’m absolutely terrible about getting up early (even though I open up Starbucks a few mornings in the week). My problem is getting up early enough to get ready and not have a thrown together morning – no matter what time I have to be up!
I was JUST thinking about doing this today! How timely! Count me in!
PS I do have small children who are early risers, but I still think my day would go better if I could eek out a little time before they woke up to get the day started. 🙂
I’m in and up for the challenge! I had just told my husband that our morning (me and my boys 5 and 3 – dad is up for work and gone by 4 usually) would run so much more smooth if I could just get up early! I am not a morning person AT ALL but super excited to start the challenge and change that habit!!!
My one issue is how to get my kids to keep sleeping when I am up. Both are light sleepers and seem to have a body alarm that wakes them up when I wake up – no matter how early or late! If anyone has any thoughts on this that would be great 🙂
I’m in! 🙂
This is one thing that I have struggled with my whole life and no matter how hard I tried I just kept failing.
Even though I am in the mist of dealing with the momma, daddy and grandpappy of all food allergic reactions – I’m in for the challenge. The prednisone doesnt let me get much sleep anyway so I may as well use it for something good (well asides from saving my life too 🙂 )
I would love to get up early and have family breakfast and a family devotional before the kids head off to school. As it is, I get up 15 minutes before the bus arrives, make toast, combine our family prayer with our food prayer, and send the kids out the door toast in hand. It works, but I want to do better 🙂 …
Oh so super excited about this. I totally have been feeling like God has been telling me to get up earlier and I have been somewhat successful. This will be some good motivation and accountability for me 🙂
I am IN for sure. This is one area I struggle!
Lisa, great to hear. I struggle still and I’m the guy who wrote the book. You can do it!
This sounds fantastic! Exactly what I need! 🙂
Tiffany, glad you think it’s going to help. Mornings are sacred time.
I’m with you on the Early to Rise Challenge! Can’t wait! 🙂
Great to hear Marie. Glad you’ll be joining us!
I am definitely excited about this one! I have been praying about being more disciplined with my mornings and am excited to join in! I know the mornings I get up 1-2 hours before my 3 children, 8, 4, 2 – I get so much accomplished and feel more energized for the remainder of my day! Game On!
Thanks Crystal!!
Johanna, I’m so glad you’re up for the challenge. Make sure you take some time for YOU too. If you’re like my wife (we have three kids too) she feels better when she gets stuff around the house done FIRST then she can relax. Excited for you to be part of this in March.
In January I read What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast. It was a common sense book (if you get up earlier, you’ll get more done). I was inspired but nevertheless I was not motivated enough to change my sleep patterns. Hoping to change that in March! I know it will be a struggle but I am willing to give it a try! Thanks for sharing this!
I did it. I bought the book. I’m ready to change. Where do I sign up to join the challenge?
I’ll be posting more details on Wednesday. Glad you’ll be joining us!
I’m in! I’ve been working on getting up earlier anyway. And Andy’s book was on my wish list . I guess I’ll just push his book to the top and get the book now!
ON your wish list?! I’m flattered and I’m glad you’ll be joining us!
I am IN! My main goal is to give God my best and begin my day with Him! So, I know that is going to be hard, specially because will involve me going to bed earlier (my biggest challenge), so grudgingly, I already know… lol
Lets do this!!! thanks for the challenge! I need this!
Any discount for us? (I need to ask this lol)
Going to bed early is hard for me too! But it will help with my health goals. I have OSA so I need to make sure I get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Good luck to you, to us all!
Yes, we’ve got a discount coming later this week… stay tuned!
Well, I already bought the book and read it all. It was worth the full price just for those wondering (although I do love to save money). I’ll be re-reading it with the challenge here. What is funny is that dh is a naturally early riser and when I was telling him things in the book, he would finish my sentences. I guess he just naturally understood some of these things and well, for me, I needed to read Andy’s book. Smile.
Oh yay! I’m so glad to hear that you found it to be helpful and valuable!
I’m in !
I love what I can accomplish before noon on weekends.
I just want to be more consistent on a daily basis.
My husband is a natural early bird so that helps.
He can get the coffee ready. 🙂
My husband and I started this Friday. I am commiting to do better planning at night to make my mornings more effective. I have fallen into the bad habbit of wasting my precious morning instead of having a plan to use it more effeciently. Love how you always bring the extra accountability push Crystal. Thanks.
I tend to stay up too late at night therefore have a difficult time rising at 5 am. I rise about 5:30, but my goal is still 5am. The problem I have is similar to others here. I waste my morning doing unproductive things. I need to have a plan & the DISCIPLINE to keep it. Discipline is my word for this year. I’m struggling to find it…lol.
I’m all for discipline but don’t forget to mix in some joy! There is joy in discipline because we can experience awesome things when we insert the discipline to make time for them. My point is this…discipline is great but I’m only going to discipline myself if there’s some joy at the end! May your mornings be filled with joy because of your great discipline.
You’re dead on friend. Having a plan for the morning helps ensure you #1 Wake up and #2 use your time for its maximum benefit. May I also suggest doing very little in the morning? Sometimes what you need it to rest and reflect and not DO other things. Way to go and that’s awesome your husband is joining you.
Quiet coffee time with God is always first. But I have been falling into the e-mail/twitter/facebook trap rather than moving onto production. I wear a number of different hats every day so those hours in the am have to be used for maximum benefit.
I be joining in.
Thanks for being brave Shelly.
I am going to join the challenge, I have been saying for months I am going to start to get up early. Going to do it 🙂
Gwen, great to have you join us! Excited to hear how it changes your life.
I would love to get up earlier but with a 3 month old and 4 year old not sure it’s possible?! Right now, my options to get things done are early in the morning or late at night, but I’m struggling to wake up at the crack of dawn even when I go to bed early!
Erin, don’t be too hard on yourself. We have a 5 and 3 year old and a 16 mth old. my wife is NOT an early riser most days. So perhaps take the challenge and learn to rise early when you can but give yourself a break the rest of the days. You’re raising human beings…that’s a LOT of work.
I have been doing the Hello Mornings challenge for the past several weeks and I love it! This sounds like just the thing to kick me into high gear. Peaceful early morning time is so productive for me. It is hard to go to bed on time, though.
It’s hard to find peace nowadays isn’t it? I think that’s why we have to create it at 5am. I appreciate your excitement for the challenge.
I love the idea behind this, and have been reading about the benefits of rising early for years.
However, I’m a night shift nurse and work each night 5 pm to midnight. I usually get to bed between 1-1:30am. My children (5 & 3) rise around 8 am each morning, and its all I can do to get out of bed when they are waking. My husband is a huge help in letting me sleep til 9 on the mornings that he’s home. 🙂
I have yet to find a book or online series that addresses those who work at night. I’m hoping this book club will give me inspiration for the concept behind rising early and not give me sadness for this particular season where I must work such odd hours!
Looking forward to reading!
Appreciate your great attitude about it even though you have a different schedule than most. I hope the book will be an encouragement to you too.
I would buy it if it was available on the nook.
WoooHooo! it is! When you buy it on Kindle you get the Nook version too! And the audio and PDF and 30 days of email follow up/encouragement. If you have any questions shoot me an email or I”m on twitter @AndyTraub andy at earlytorisebook.com is my email. I love the new Nooks by the way.
Well, that is good, but I can’t use my Nook gift card to buy it, right?
shoot me an email Tracy. We’ll get it figured out. andy at earlytorisebook.com
I’m in. My opportunity lies with actually doing something productive once I get up early. I’ve been waking up at 5 a.m. and finding myself enjoying coffee and blog reading instead of preparing for the day before my husband and 2 year old wake up. This takes me back to my word of the year “discipline.” I certainly need some.
I think drinking coffee and reading blogs might be the best thing for you at 5am. Thoughts?
So, this will help make me the “morning person” I’ve always wanted to be? 🙂
LOL. my husband has never been a morning person so I absolutely know this challenge would not work for him. It is a great opportunity for me though since that is the only quiet time in the day for me if I could only learn how to make the most of those hours now!
Shannon you bring up a REALLY important point. There’s no reason to get up earlier if you’re going to do MORE of the same thing. That just yields more of the same you’re getting now. it’s a great time to create something new in your life! Thanks for your excitement.
I’m in! I am an early riser anyway. 🙂
Delaney, that’s awesome! I’ve heard GREAT feedback from other early risers who still benefitted from reading the book.
Count me in for sure.
Sweet Toni! Great to hear.
Sounds like something that will help me get back into getting up earlier to make the most of my day!
Jenn, I believe it will for sure. I appreciate your optimism and I hope you’ll join us in March.
I joined the Hello Mornings challenge that started, I think, 4 weeks ago. I’ve been getting up at 6 pm and its been great. Though I certainly understand the need for sleep! I struggle to get enough sleep at night, since I’m an 8 1/2 to 9 hour a night kind of gal. Add in the rough nights while pregnant and a baby who nursed at least twice a night till he was 9 months old. (He’s 21 months now, I’ve just never really caught up). Oh, I love those early mornings, though.
Congrats on your new habit!
I have really wanted to do something like this. I use to get up around 6 and I did gardening and my quiet time. Then my husband got a 2nd shift job. We go to bed at midnight and get up around 8 or 9. I MISS that time. I have struggled to take a nap or even go to bed BEFORE my husband comes home to be able to do this, but I simply can’t. I can’t actually GO to sleep. I also tried to just GET up in the morning, but I just ended up sick because I did not get enough sleep. All that happened in I lost sleep and didn’t go to sleep earlier like I thought I would be able to… I mean hey I am tired. “sigh”. Any tips for us 2nd shift families that are trying to be 1st and 2nd shift people? I REALLY want to get up in the morning, but I also know I NEED enough sleep to function.
Michelle, you need to take it easy on Michelle. She’s a great lady and she’s doing her best.
Second, it’s not about getting up “early”. IT’s about being intentional about the time during your day. If you’re a 2nd shift family and have to go to bed at midnight then a realistic time is 7 or 8. I only need about 6.5 hours sleep all week then one night I’ll sleep 9 hours to “catch up”. They say you can’t “Catch up” sleep but they’re wrong. IT works for me. Bottom line is to find out what works for YOU and then enjoy it. THanks for sharing your unique perspective and I pray the challenge helps you achieve your perfect mornings…even if they start later than most other people’s do.
This is well worded.
I hear a lot about mothers with young children. How about the older set. I use to get up at 6:15 until I retired 2 1/2 years ago. Now I can’t seem to get up and moving before 9 or 10:00 unless I have to be somewhere. I always feel better on the those days but can’t seem to make it a habit. Is your book availble in print form or only e-book?
L, I address this in the book. I think it comes down to having something to wake up for. If you’ve got something you’re excited about in the morning you’d never sleep in. It really comes down to having something you want to experience that gets you out of bed. I hope the challenge helps you find those things and then rise early to enjoy them. And thanks for your comment, the older folks can get left out of the discussion at times.
I like how you said to specify your own time in the challenge that would work to make you more productive! I’ve never participated in the get up early challenges before because I stay up very late (not by choice, my son’s g tube feeds dictate that) and get broken sleep and then we would get up and first thing we’d do is be off to his physical therapy appts. Starting in March though ALL of his therapy appts are in the afternoon, which will leave me time to actually do stuff in the morning (and I plan on starting homeschooling him so I need to have productive mornings)! I look forward to participating and having a set time that works for me, even if its probably on the later end of what would be considered early : ) Thank you so much for adding that little clause in there, to be honest that’s what actually made me decide to go for it this time!
Jo Lynn I’m glad she didn’t choose a specific time either. Frankly 8am might be the right time for some people and 4am might be right for others. It’s NOT about what time you rise, it’s about what you do when you rise “early”, whatever your early is. Looking forward to having you as part of the challenge!
I get up 75 min. before my kids now, but I need to add and extra 45 min. for exercise and shower. I’m not great at getting up early (probably because I’m so bad at going to bed early!) but I think I’m going to give this challenge a try!
Gina, you’re dead on! You’re well on your way to becoming an early riser because you totally understand the battle is won at night, not in the morning. Looking forward to going through the challenge with you my friend.
I think someone else said it but, my problem with rising early is getting to bed early. For some reason (different reasons every night) we end up going to bed late. I know I would do better getting up earlier, but need the sleep! How do we break this cycle?
Why is it so hard to go to bed?! I have the same frustration. It’s amazing how EASY it is to get up early when you go to bed early. The morning issue solves itself. I hope you’ll join us for the challenge and let me know if there are any specific questions you have about strategies to getting to bed earlier.
This is perfect timing. My husband has recently started getting up at 4:30 am. I was feeling really tired and couldn’t get up in the morning. God showed me that it was because I was waking up then and then falling back into this deep, weird sleep. So I have just decided to try to get up with him, or at least get up when he leaves. I’m so tired. I was praying about it, and then post showed up. I’m really hoping this helps.
All that to say, “I’m in!” LOL
Debra, I’m glad you’re IN! I’m sure the book will help but more so the community challenge will help the most. 4:30 is EARLY!
I have been trying to rise early my entire life! I thought only farmers could accomplish such a feat. And I very much agree with Mr. Traub. I, too, detest getting up early but love being up early.
Well are you up for the challenge then Constance? I hope you’ll join us. You can do it! (and you don’t need to be a farmer).
I jumped in on the Hello Mornings Challenge and its been great! I love the extra early time I get before Little Man wakes up.
I haven’t read all the comments yet, so I may be repeating someone, but I wanted to share my two cents. I think early to rise is a great concept, in theory. Something I believe is often overlooked, though, is that if we struggle to get up and be productive, there is probably a good reason for it. Americans today get less sleep than they used to, before we had electric lights and all manner of other conveniences that allow us to continue working. In the not so distant past, there was nothing left to do when it got dark except go to bed. This lack of electricity probably helped early risers, especially those who had to get up early to milk the cows! Andy may address these concerns in his book, but I wanted to share another book that might be a good companion to his, for those who struggle to get up and get going.

Agree. Sleep is very important to our health. If you’re not going to go to bed early enough to get enough sleep, getting up earlier is probably going to do more harm than good. I’m sure he addresses this in the book.
I completely agree with this; thanks for chiming in! Sleep is vitally important to our health and well-being!
Sarah, you are DEAD ON. I write in the book that we have a BAD relationship with sleep. We do it too much or not enough. That’s why i teach in the book that the key to rising early is going to bed early! It’s not about less sleep, it’s about better quality time when you’re awake. Thanks for the references. I hope you’ll join our challenge in March.
Just talking to dh about this about 3 weeks ago. I was on the bandwagon for a week and a half and then fell off. So I am in! I was so much happier getting up earlier, so why don’t I do it? Smile. Just need to die to the flesh. LOL.
Just bought the ebook and super excited!!!
I’m excited to be more productive and feel good about what I’m getting done!
Ooh, I’m so in! I’m excited for the accountability. I’ll be in until June when baby #3 arrives, so much to get done before a new one enters our life. 🙂
Since the beginning of the year I’ve started getting up at 5:30 in the morning to begin my day with the Lord. I have been so happy that I have. I find myself calmer and more productive during the day. I work full time and have to be out of the house with my daughter by 7 so that 30 minutes is precious and I look forward to it.
I have slacked off in getting up early – due to my kids schedule of waking up at night, but I i feel that I am ready to take on this challenge. I have big goals that I want to tackle and I don’t want to be the status quo !
I’m so IN !!
The reviews are awesome on Amazon!
I’m also excited to have Andy participate in the challenge and cheer us on!!
Heck ya I’m gonna cheer you on! Way to take it on!
And the best part of the reviews are so many of them are from verified amazon purchases 🙂 I’ve been greatly humbled by the responses. Thanks for being willing to take on the challenge. It’s going to change your life!
I do! I need this. Was hoping u would do another challenge soon!! Will we need to buy the ebook?
Glad you’re excited about the challenge . You probably don’t have to buy the book to go through the challenge but I really believe it will help! If it doesn’t then I’ll happily give you your money back! my email is Andy at EarlyToRiseBook.com – Thanks again.
I’m sure it will! Txs for info!
I’m in!
I’m a naturally early riser, but the past few weeks I’ve had to shut off my alarm because my kids have been sleeping so poorly and getting me up at night. They’re back on track, and I look forward to “my” mornings again!
Awesome Jillian! Glad you’ll be joining us in March.
This is a book I will definitely pin for later. I’ve been battling for years to cultivate this habit with little success. Excited to see what the book has to say! I’d love to take the challenge now, but my 16 month old still wakes up every 1-2 hours! Last night he slept a 3 hour stretch, but I kept waking up because my body was expecting him to wake up. I’m eeking out every moment of sleep I can get right now! However, this is definitely on the “To Read” list.
Julie, you get a pass for sure! Thanks for pinning it for later!
Glad you’ll be pinning it!
I’m due with our first child in March, so I won’t be joining this challenge 🙂
Your new little might join the challenge! Congrats by the way.
Andy and his wife are close friends of ours. Can I just say it’s really fun to read a book when I can actually “hear” the author’s voice in my head? I’ve been inspired by this book, but I’m struggling to move from inspiration to discipline. I’d blame it on my small kids, but since Andy’s kids are practically the same ages as mine, I can’t! I’m in.
I can certainly use help in that area – count me in!
Connie, that’s awesome! Glad you’ll be joining us! It’s going to change your life!
I’ve been working on getting up at 6:30 every weekday, but I have a 7 month old who is often still up at night, so it doesn’t always happen. I think this challenge is just what I need to make it more of a habit. I’m thinking y’all should also do a joint toddler challenge to convince my two year old to sleep past 7 am 🙂
Hey, it’s a powerful book but it’s not THAT powerful! Building that habit is great but don’t be too legalistic. The goal is to change your life not make it worse! And congrats on the two little ones. Our kids are 5, 3 and 16 mths old so I feel your sleeping pain.
I’m definitely with you on “Early to Rise”!
Thanks for your excitement Yvette!
This looks like a really great book, Crystal, and I would LOVE to start getting up earlier, but I do have little ones–age 4, 2, and 6 months. Would you suggest waiting? The baby isn’t sleeping through the night, and sometimes (ahem, like last night) ALL 3 of them get up at some point during the night. But every morning I think: If only I could get up a couple hours before they do! If nothing else, this is a good book to bookmark for later. Thanks!
I’m in! I’m a huge believer in getting up early to accomplish the things that are most important to you. I struggle, though, because I tend to stay up too late and then get worn down.
Looking forward to the challenge in March.
It sounds like you’re where I was just three years ago so I definitely “get” it. Is there a way you could go to bed 15 to 30 minutes earlier and then get up 15 to 30 minutes earlier in the mornings? I think that a couple of hours earlier than them might be unrealistic for you, but maybe if you could shoot for 15-30 minutes at least a few times per week, that might work for you — and this seeming little bit could make a big difference.
However, if you’re completely exhausted in trying this exercise, I’d say don’t worry about it right now and wait six months and try again. Sleep is most important for you right now — even if it means that you are behind in other areas.
Erin, perhaps it’s good to give yourself the freedom to not get up early if your sleep is interrupted more than 2 times. You need your rest but you would definitely benefit from those quiet hours.
I LOVE Andy’s suggestion on setting a “pass” clause like up more than 2x/night. I have a 17 month old and am 7 months pregnant. When I can get up even 30 minutes before my toddler, my days go SO much better – but I am trying to be realistic about the days where either toddler or pregnancy keep me up at night. So I’m in for a modified-for-mommy challenge!
What I keep reminding myself is that it doesn’t have to be an all or nothing thing – I can get up early the days I have slept well, make the most of those, and give myself grace on the other mornings. And in a few years, then I’ll be setting myself a daily challenge!
I’m in the exact same place! Except my youngest is 11mos and it’s the 2yo that doesn’t sleep. I just TODAY thought to myself, I really have to get up before these boys to get a handle on the day before they do. I like the idea of a modified version for the up-all-night club 😉
Crystal, thank you so much for your kind words. I’m so thankful that the book has had that much of an impact on you. I know you’re already disciplined in many ways so it’s humbling to hear that the book helped you even more. I’m looking forward to the challenge in March!
This is exactly what I have been needing. I have been noticing that I am waking up with more energy normally before my alarm even goes off, but as soon as I get out of bed and ready to start my day, I feel like I have no energy to start anything. I am looking forward to this challenge!
Lyndsay, sounds like you’re already on track to rise early! It’s gonna be awesome. Excited for you.
Me, I so need this! It would be nice for once to be up and put together before getting the kids up and out the door for school! 🙂
I so appreciate being able to greet my kids when they wake up in the morning (and drinking coffee in silence). Excited for you!
Amen to drinking coffee in silence! 🙂 This book came along at just the right time for me. I’ve been telling myself for months to get up earlier. It’s the “knowing” vs. “doing” that are battling within me. Looking forward to hearing about this from a Godly perspective!
I’m in! I was reading your post and it was like you were writing down my thoughts about needing more discipline with getting things done!
I’m just curious how this will be different from this summers “Make the most of your mornings” challenge 🙂
It’s going to be more like a book club and a daily check-in versus me doing a lengthy series. I’ll probably be referring to that series in some of the check-in posts, though. 🙂
Glad to hear you’re excited Amanda. I get that reaction a lot. There are a LOT of people who want to rise earlier. You’re going to do it though! Excited for you.
I am in and very excited for this challenge! I have 3 boys, 4 years and under, and I have been trying to wake up early, before they do, to get some quiet time to myself to do my daily bible reading and time with God. Thank you so much for this challenge!!!
I’ve got three kids too. 5, 3 and 16 months. It’s the ONLY time for quiet that I have energy. I’ve got some time at night but no energy. Excited for you Robyn!
I am in!
Sweet!
I’m in!! What a great idea coming at the perfect time for me.
Awesome Kayla! I appreciate your excitement. You’re going to need some of that at 5am 🙂
I’m ready to try…grudgingly. Seriously, I really need to do this and get more accomplished in my day.
For the record I HATE getting up early but I LOVE being up early. It’s hard but you can do it and you WILL accomplish more in your day. Excited for you!
Andy – that is a great distinction. It may be an aha moment for me! I can’t wait to read the book!!
Great to hear Liz. I appreciate your excitement. We’ll start in March. Stay tuned!
