WOOHOO!!! We (two 40 somethings, an 11 and 9 yo) have loved reading Risk and Taken from the library and have been waiting for it to drop in price on Amazon to add to our personal home library. What age group is this for? Needing ideas for my book loving 13 YO soon to be 14 YO brother. He likes fantasy/sci-fi Christian novels.
My publisher says 10 to 14 is the target. I get great feedback from 7, 8, and 9 year olds, as well as lots of 17, 18, and 19 year olds. I think your son is right in the target. He may also like HowlSage which is 14 and up.
You can see the first part of the books on Amazon. I think it would be good for a 13-year-old, but probably reading the first part of the book would give you a better idea.

Are they a Christian Fiction type of book? We are collecting those left and right as our kids love these types! I recommend Lee Duigon books too!!
They are Christian Fiction, published by Focus on the Family and P&R. The Christian message comes out strong in Unleash, I have included a prayer to accept Jesus in the back of Unleash even.
