This company is very tricky and I would stay away from ordering from them. A cheap starter kit sounds nice but then they make it very difficult to cancel your order. I tried to cancel my order 2 days before and was not able to do so. Then they charged me for 2 refills!! $60!! Because they said once you start a trial you are automatically charged for a refill. That is not clarified anywhere. This is what they told me when they finally responded to my email 3 days later.
“The last order went through because the Free Trial was only available with an automatic refill based on your plan’s order frequency. Unfortunately, as this is a subscription order, we are unable to cancel it or process a return for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.” Money saving mom does not explain anything about the automatic refill you are charged and in my case I was charged for 2! This is very frustrating and disappointing. I would stay clear of this company as it is deceitful! After contacting them it’s still not clear if my next order will be canceled.
You were definitely not supposed to be charged for those! I’m so sorry! We will contact you and get this taken care of and get your money refunded.

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to the Money Saving Mom team! Gretchen emailed me like she said. Got in contact with the company and went to bat for my situation to get my money back. This week my money was refunded back into my account! This could have ended up as a very expensive stocking stuffer for my son, but thanks to Gretchen I was able to get my money back. I really appreciate you all making sure everything was made right. I cannot thank you enough!
