On September 19th, JCPenney is hosting a FREE Homecoming Beauty event for Rewards members from 1PM to 5PM at select stores.
This event will have FREE Mini Makeup Services & Hair Demos. No registration required, but we suggest calling ahead to make sure your store is participating.
