I said this to my Alexa but she said unable to thank driver after 14 days. I have had a delivery everyday this week😂. Not sure why it wouldn’t work.
How do we do it if we don’t have Alexa?
You should be able to go into your Amazon app and click the little blue Alexa button on the bottom right and then say “Alexa, thank my driver”. I just did that and it worked for me! – Gretchen, MSM Team

I can’t find no Alexa button on my Amazon app
I didn’t want to give access to my microphone, even temporarily, so I typed “Thank my driver” into the search bar on the app and the option popped up, once I clicked on it, it said, “Thanks for your appreciation! A thank you has been sent to your driver!”
