Love, love your work. I’m 54 and struggled with a husband who cannot keep a job, have moved every 3 years, making friends is difficult. One child is a teacher, one in jail, ADHD and alcohol, one is cognitively delayed, just got a job. Yea!!! Just wanted to say , “thank you”. I’ll get your book next month:)

I wish I could figure out *where* I’m going! I’m in the middle of a divorce that I never thought would happen, and now I have no idea what to do. So much of my identity was wrapped up in my role of being a wife that I just can’t seem to figure things out. I have no children and not much family to speak of; what few family members I do have are not nearby and I’m not emotionally close with them anyway. I could find a job in my profession pretty much anywhere in the country, but I have a good full-time job plus a PRN job that I work two Saturdays a month. I like my co-workers at both places, but I could make more money in other states. I need to downsize my residence no matter what I do, as I’m living in the 1750 square foot rental my husband and I had together and it’s too big for just me. I work a few less hours, make a bit less money, and have to float between facilities in the summertime because business is slow due to the heat and the snowbirds flying the coop to head back east, so would prefer to have income that’s less seasonally dependent. Do I stay where I am? Move? I can do my profession travelling and get paid quite well, should I get an RV and hit the road for a couple years or so? I need a post on locating my inner GPS system, LOL.

I pre-orderd your book, received it Tuesday morning, and finished it last night! It’s absolutely amazing, and I love the tone with which you wrote the book. I felt as though you were talking to me directly. Thank you so much, Crystal. God bless you and your wonderful family.

One of my favorite bluegrass songs says, ‘If you don’t know where you’re going, any old road will take you there’. So true.
