Great idea! I love cilantro but rarely use it all before it goes bad. Since so many recipes that include cilantro also include lime juice this is a no-brainer. I’ve got an abundance of cilantro at the moment, so definitely gonna give this a try.
Wish I had seen this before all my cilantro went to seed. Will do it with my fall crop.
