I love that capris are so popular. Girls can get a lot more wear out of pants — still in style when they get too short but fit everywhere else. The ruffle is cute for playing dress-up tho.
My mom used to do something like this to make our pants last longer. Instead of getting rid of those pants that are highwaters, but fit everywhere else, add a ruffle. My mother also used lace or a thick ribbon. Whatever it takes!
Oh, if only I could sew!
Wait! These are SO CUTE!! And would be perfect for a talent show costume or 70s outfit along with everyday precious little one wear. Love it.
