    My teen son loves this: High Protein Cheesecake Ice Cream for 1-2
    1 (11 oz) premade vanilla protein shake
    3 oz whole milk
    2 tablespoons JELL-O cheesecake sugar free instant pudding mix
    Pour the vanilla protein shake and JELL-O pudding mix into an empty bowl. Whisk to combine and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes for JELL-O pudding mix to dissolve. Stir again to combine and pour mixture into a pre-chilled (in the freezer overnight) Dash My Mug ice cream maker and freeze for 10-15 minutes for a soft serve ice cream. Serve immediately.
