In the spirit of saying no and letting things go in this season of life, I’ve opted to do grocery pick-up at Kroger the past three weeks. And I’ve been really surprised at how I’ve still been able to get great deals and keep our budget low — and save quite a bit of time, too!
Sure, you don’t get to take advantage of markdowns or clearance prices, but there have been a few great pick-up and delivery only deals and freebies + I’ve been able to use digital coupons and paper coupons, so it feels like a great option for weeks when there is a lot going on.
Speaking of a lot going on, I didn’t get a chance to share my grocery posts from the past few weeks. So here are three weeks in one post! The deals in the first two weeks are no longer available, but this week’s deals are good through tomorrow at midnight (Tuesday) and there are a few great ones! As always, check your local Kroger ad or app to see if they have these prices as they sometimes vary by region.
Two Weeks Ago: Spent $127.82 for all of these groceries…
Last week: Spent $77.35 for these groceries (we were supposed to be out of town over the weekend and then three of us were going to be out of town Monday/Tuesday, so I didn’t buy as much because of this)…
This week: Spent $107.40 for all these groceries… (used $10 off $100 coupon online)
Sugar is $1.99 for a 4-lb bag with the digital coupon and you can get up to 5 bags at this price. Green Giant veggies are $1/box. Graham crackers are $1.99/box with the digital coupon.
